Past, present and future Cashmere students attended the launch event this afternoon at Cashmere School.
It was fantastic to hear about the journey Cashmere students took towards achieving their goal. They won $100 000 US.
They used meters that measured the power usage in each classroom. This helped the school save 10% of their energy bill. Other measures helped them save another 20%. Awesome work guys.
After the speeches and videos we shared in delicious spread. But check out the yikebike and electric bike some people tried out.
I really enjoyed it. The bikes were cool and the food was delish!🍩🍓
ReplyDeleteIt was really interesting. I really like the idea of the piezoelectric floor tiles. The Yike Bikes were AWESOME!
