What a Day!

98 Navigators are on fire today...

  • Levi is leading the way in Inquiry with his critical thinking and his ability to decide whether research that he has found is relevant.
  • Jimmy, Toby and Cara returned from representing our school at the Canterbury swimming event.
  • Joel did some super independent work during reading and maths.
  • Lucy and Sophie learned new strategies yesterday in maths. They were a little uncertain so went home, practised, and came back today with the strategy nailed!
  • Ida is able to explain to her whole maths group how to perform a strategy accurately.
  • Hugh and Amelie have made a huge effort to improve the neatness of their handwriting.
  • Pete, Orla, Jessica, Cara and Dom cracked the code of circumference and areas of circles.
  • Our engineers are getting ready to do a formal presentation to our school board.
  • A group did not want to leave their classroom at lunchtime so that they could continue filming.
  • Grace is teaching Max how to make movies.
  • Liam D has had a huge week beginning to manage himself!
  • Orla has completed her Inquiry presentation on Google slides. She blew Mr Callaghan away with it this morning.
Miss Rait and Ms Saxon are constantly motivated by the amazing learners in our class. Thanks for bringing such excitement to our class every single day. You guys rock!
