Interview Techniques

Sofia's mum came to 98 Navigators to teach us about interviewing techniques for our inquiry topic.
We covered:
1. How to introduce ourselves
2. Taking notes
•Questions - need to be relevant, prepared ahead of time, suitable for the length of time we have, listen well.
• listen slowly
3. Closing- when you've run out of questions, say thank you,  next steps
We role played how to interview with each other  Jimmy and Jess interviewed Juliette and Ben.  Great job guys.

  1. The expressions of the participants in the final photo suggests some difficult questions were being asked! These are great techniques and strategies for the Navigators to learn.
